Husky dog sled trip
Just past the Crêt-Béni parking area, walking past the Dranse river, you will find a large number of huskies. Together with the dogs, you can take a sled trip through the Vallée d’Abondance. A half-hour trip with musher is €30 for children aged 3 to 12, €50 for those 13 and above.
You can also drive the sled yourself with 4 huskies. After a half hour of instruction on driving the dogs and the use of the sled, you will take a 30-minute trip, during which you stand on the sled and drive the dogs entirely by yourself. The costs for this total €60 and is available for anyone aged 8 and above.

Rally car driving in the snow
Who wouldn’t want to race over the ice and the snow in a real rally car?
In Abondance, you can do it! Every winter, they lay out a fantastic race track with icy turns and snow-covered inclines. Under the guidance of a highly experienced driver, you will first be given a theoretical explanation and then you will head out onto the track. You will drive Porsches, Audis, Renaults and Fords.

Fantasticable
Visitors have been enjoying it in the summer for more than 10 years, but now you can have a go in the summer, as well. Every afternoon, you can take a 1,200 meter long, 140 meter high journey above the valley. You will fly over Plaine Dranse at a speed of nearly 100 km/h. Your skis fly with you, so after you are hoisted out of the system, you can be on your merry way again, still brimming with adrenaline from a true Superman flight high above the ski slopes beneath you. The ride costs €25 per flight.

Paragliding
Would you like to see the skiing region of the Portes du Soleil and the surrounding mountains from the air? If so, then book a tandem flight with a highly experienced instructor. Richard Favre has been flying through the mountains here for years, he knows the area like the back of his hand, and he knows how to ensure you a fantastic flight. From a short flight to a flight where you are even raised aloft on the thermals and can enjoy an extra long view out over the mountains. A bit of a spectacular descent or, indeed, a peaceful gliding flight, you can have it and, if you’d like, he will film the flight and/or take beautiful pictures as souvenirs. Costs range from €70 to €120, depending on the type of flight. We would be happy to schedule a flight for you.
