Stéphanie joined the housekeeping team in the summer of 2016. Careful cleaning, making herself useful, contact with the guests and their gratitude for the good cleaning are very important to her. She likes to arrange everything down to the smallest detail. She also enjoys the nice atmosphere with the rest of the team.

At home, she enjoys spending time in the kitchen baking cake and goes on hikes with her family. Outside the season, she helps us with random household tasks, and of course getting the hotel ready again for a new season.

Some of the guests will already know me, because I worked at this beautiful place for 5 seasons a while ago. I have now returned to the Netherlands to do something else in terms of work, which I really enjoyed, but you only know what you are missing when you no longer have it. In my case it’s the mountains! Whether it’s ski touring, running, cycling or downhill skiing, I enjoy it all.

The people who know me better also call me Eetwoud, but my name is Ewoud. Especially because I’m always hungry because of all the sports. If you want to make me or secretly the entire team happy, bring something delicious from your country!

Hello, I am Stijn.

After wandering through kitchens, houses, and a camper, I have settled in the Alps with my girlfriend Roos. Since this summer, I have been working as a chef at Esprit Montagne.

We work with pure ingredients and let them speak for themselves. Every day, we create a new menu with influences from various cuisines and tailored to the moment.

Last winter, I got to know the kitchen here from the inside out and mastered the finer points. Now it is time to put my own spin on it.

Hopefully, that contributes to a holiday you won’t forget!

Hey, I’m Roos!

After a super fun winter season, I’m back in the French mountains this summer — and I’m so excited about it! I’m really looking forward to putting on another fun season together with the team, meeting new people, and fully enjoying everything that makes summer here so special.

Together with my boyfriend Stijn, I love traveling around in our campervan, and we love adventure, good food, and discovering beautiful places. So this summer, I feel right at home amidst the mountains, the sun, and the good times. See you soon at Esprit Montagne!

I’m passionate about nature, animals, and drawing. I spend my free time sketching the mountain flora and fauna, but also snuggled up with my cats in front of a good TV series.
