Hi, I’m Adi Jeng and I took over from Raf.
I envision creating new dishes in which I am inspired by the natural environment, which is so beautiful here. But also embellishing existing classics and preparing them with the greatest care can appeal to me. In my spare moments I really enjoy going up the mountain and being amazed by all that beauty around me. Back down in the valley I would very much like to surprise you and let you enjoy my cooking skills. Hopefully see you soon and will we experience many culinary seasons together.
In 2017 I exchanged Rotterdam for living and working in France, a country I have always loved. Gained three years of experience in hospitality in the French Alps (Alpe d’Huez region) which brought a new love for the mountains. Outside working hours you can always find me outside. In the summer for hiking or for a nice trail run. In winter for cross-country skiing, skiing and from next winter also to further discover the backcountry skiing. With great enthusiasm I look forward to my meeting with you, the guests of Hotel Esprit Montagne. Together, with colleagues and with you, I like to make it a beautiful ‘experience’.
Together with Adi I form the kitchen team of hotel Esprit Montagne. I will prepare beautiful meals for you where you will enjoy surprising flavors and many fresh ingredients. In my spare time I like to play outside. Hiking, trail running and cycling; I can’t do it often and far enough.

Hey! I’m Dylan, looking forward to meeting you this summer. I am 29 years old, and a real sports freak. Especially sports that go hand in hand with the elements of nature make me enthusiastic. I have been living in Greece for several months now with my Greek girlfriend whom I met last winter in beautiful Croatia where I was to volunteer for a few months.
