Hi, I’m Adi Jeng and I took over from Raf.
I envision creating new dishes in which I am inspired by the natural environment, which is so beautiful here. But also embellishing existing classics and preparing them with the greatest care can appeal to me. In my spare moments I really enjoy going up the mountain and being amazed by all that beauty around me. Back down in the valley I would very much like to surprise you and let you enjoy my cooking skills. Hopefully see you soon and will we experience many culinary seasons together.
In 2017 I exchanged Rotterdam for living and working in France, a country I have always loved. Gained three years of experience in hospitality in the French Alps (Alpe d’Huez region) which brought a new love for the mountains. Outside working hours you can always find me outside. In the summer for hiking or for a nice trail run. In winter for cross-country skiing, skiing and from next winter also to further discover the backcountry skiing. With great enthusiasm I look forward to my meeting with you, the guests of Hotel Esprit Montagne. Together, with colleagues and with you, I like to make it a beautiful ‘experience’.
Hi, I’m Margot. I am a big lover of the mountains and different mountain sports. My interest in the mountains ranges from the origin of the rocks to getting to know the most beautiful routes and areas to enjoy sports and go out on my own. It therefore regularly happens that I stop during a trip in the summer to take a look at the minerals and structures in the rocks around me. Coming winter it will be a bit more difficult with a lot of snow on it, but I’m looking forward to that too!
As part of Team Esprit Montagne I hope to be able to contribute to a great time in the mountains for the guests and to give them the same special feeling as I always experience during a holiday in the mountains.
Hi, my name is Dayo! I am 21 years young and this will be my first season at Hotel Esprit Montagne. After I completed my propaedeutic year for the History study at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, I got the intense desire to take on a new challenge. Because I have a love for mountains and winter sports and have always enjoyed working in the hospitality sector, this seemed an ideal opportunity.
